Submission terms

By submitting cards for sale to Rebel Cards, you confirm that all items are genuine and accurately represented. We verify every submission on arrival, including certification numbers against official grading company databases (PSA, CGC, BGS) where applicable.

Any submission found to be counterfeit, altered, or misrepresented as authentic will be refused and will not be returned. We reserve the right to report suspected fraudulent submissions to An Garda Síochána and pursue this as a criminal matter under the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) Act 2001. Repeat or deliberate attempts to defraud Rebel Cards will be treated with zero tolerance.
