Giveaway rules

This giveaway is run by Rebel Cards (CRO No. 788329). Contact: hello@rebelcards.ie.

Rebel Cards runs milestone giveaways. When a milestone is reached (for example a follower count on @rebelcardsie), a prize is drawn. Milestones have no closing date: the next one opens when the previous one is reached.
A winner is drawn and announced within 7 days of the milestone being reached.

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary and buying does not improve your chance of winning.
To enter, follow @rebelcardsie on Instagram and comment REBEL on either designated giveaway post. A comment on either post counts as one entry, and commenting on both is still one entry per person.
Bonus entries, each worth one extra entry: tag a friend in your comment (+1), and enter your email on the giveaway page of this website (+1). Bonus entries only count on top of a comment entry, and there is no other way to earn more.
Tagging yourself in photos or sharing to a personal profile is never required and never earns an entry.
Our own accounts and duplicate or obviously automated accounts are excluded.

You must be 18 or over.
Prizes ship to Ireland, the rest of the EU and the UK. Entrants elsewhere are not eligible.
The winner must be following @rebelcardsie at the time of the draw.

Draws are provably fair. When a milestone is reached we publish the SHA-256 hash of a secret random seed. At the draw we sort the full list of entries, hash it, and use HMAC-SHA256 of the seed and that hash to pick the winner. Afterwards we publish the seed and the entry list hash, so anyone can recompute the result.
The winner's Instagram handle is announced publicly. We contact the winner by direct message from @rebelcardsie, and they have 7 days to reply.
If a winner is not following @rebelcardsie, or does not reply within 7 days, we redraw using a new seed and link to the earlier receipt.

Each milestone names its prize before it is drawn. Prizes ship sealed, are subject to availability, and are not exchangeable for cash or another item. If a prize becomes unavailable we may substitute one of equal value.

Entry details are used only to run and verify the draw and deliver the prize. We do not sell them, and we delete them on request (email hello@rebelcards.ie). Email marketing is separate and only happens if you tick the separate marketing box.

We may disqualify entries that break these rules. We may amend or withdraw a giveaway if it cannot be run fairly, for example because of technical problems or abuse. These rules are governed by Irish law.
